This design is the 1st of our Homestead series. Homestead designs may also be known as large single storey home designs. The Homestead MKI contains 32 squares of level rural living ideal for a small acre allotment. The portico entry and large bay to the family room give a modern style to the building.

To the right off the foyer are the formal dining and living areas leading to the master bedroom positioned well away from the main bedroom area. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in robe. The double garage has internal access to living room. To the left of the foyer is a study and powder room.

Through from the foyer we enter the meals and kitchen area with sliding glass doors to outdoor areas. Left of the meals area is a huge family room that separates the main bedroom zone from the rest of the living areas.

Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 feature built-in robes and provide two double and one twin sleeping accommodation. There are two linen cupboards as well as a broom cupboard to the laundry.
